We are winning, folks.
By literally standing up to leftist tyranny, we have been able to create an earthquake of sorts within the NFL, as sponsors begin to pull out of the controversial sport-turned-leftist-political-platform.
After the first few sponsors announced their ending of their relationship with the NFL, another major sponsor has just called it quits.
The owner of one of New Jersey’s biggest car dealerships, Flemington Car and Truck Company, has decided that he can no longer support the NFL until things change.
Who in their right mind as an American who respects America can support this radical leftist agenda being promoted by the NFL? They are pushing an anti-American message right here on American soil, using the nature of the game as an American icon and a uniting symbol to divide the public.
What the NFL is doing is simply despicable, and Americans have had enough.
Will this create a domino effect that will finally bring the NFL back down to Earth?
Only time will tell.
But in the meantime, we can keep boycotting.
According to Hannity:
The controversy surrounding the National Football League continued to take its toll on the organization’s beleaguered bottom-line on Wednesday, after a ‘mega’ sponsor decided to pull its advertisements from future games for the remainder of the season.
In response to player protests during the national anthem, the owner of a New Jersey ‘mega’ car dealership decided to pull its ads for the rest of the 2017 season, or until league officials and owners crackdown on political demonstrations during the performance of the ‘Star-Spangled Banner.’
“The National Football League and its owners have shown their fans and marketing partners that they do not have a comprehensive policy to ensure that players stand and show respect for America and our flag during the playing of the national anthem,” said the owner of Flemington Car and Truck Company. “We have cancelled all of our NFL advertising on the Optimum and Infinity [cable] networks.”
“As the NFL parses the important nationwide issues of ‘social justice’ and ‘freedom of speech,’ it is clear that a firm direction by them is not forthcoming,” he added.
The NFL found itself in the midst of a media firestorm last month, following a string of player protests against the national anthem; prompting a steep decline in ticket sales, merchandise, and television viewership.
This is a darn good development if you ask me.
Reports have also been circulating that Budweiser, the beer company known as of late for releasing extremely patriotic TV ads, is also considering backing out of its deal with the league, and is currently polling customers.
According to The Blaze:
Anheuser-Busch is rethinking their NFL sponsorship, and they want your input.
In the wake of increased national anthem protests by NFL players, Anheuser-Busch is reconsidering its NFL sponsorship, likely because the protests are very unpopular among everyday Americans. Bud Light currently serves as the official beer of the NFL.
So the company set up a hotline for fans to call and give their thoughts about the protests and Anheuser-Busch’s sponsorship of the NFL. The number for the hotline is: 1-800-342-5283.
